KET is a leading provider of drill pipe slips for the oil and gas drilling Industry. These slips are standard equipment for running tubulars such as drill pipe, drill collar, and casing. Similarly, our rotary hand slips are machined, by strict quality control procedures, for use in API standard bowls.
In addition, all KET rotary hand slips have an API taper of 4″/ft on the diameter, are load rated and equipped with safety flex handles.

KET DU, SDML, SDXL and Type B Rotary Slips are designed to be used when adding or removing joints from the drill string. These drill pipe slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear. Our rotary hand slips are machined, by strict quality control procedures, for use in API standard bowls.
KET Type A, C-1, and DCS Drill Collar Slips are designed for use with running drill collar pipe. The rotary hand slip’s multi-segment-hinged design allows it to fit all drill collars within the slip’s size range. These drill collar slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear.
The KET CMSXL and CMS-3 Casing Slips are designed to be used when running casing. The rotary hand slip’s multi-segment-hinged design provides a full wrap-around to help prevent damage to the casing. By adding or subtracting segments and inserts the slip can accommodate 6 5/8” – 30” O.D. casing. These casing slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear.

SD Type
All KET SDML and SDXL rotary slips are designed for quality performance. Manufactured from heat-treated, alloy steel, these slips will endure. In addition, they are precision-machined by strict quality control procedures for use in API standard bowls.
Lastly, We have added SLD spring grooves, which allow our slip to easily be retrofitted for the Keystone Energy Tools (SLD) Slip Lifting Device.
KET offers both the DU Regular and DU Long Rotary Slips. These slips are designed for long trouble-free service. Manufactured from heat-treated, alloy steel, these slips will perform and endure.
In addition, both DU slips are for use in API tapered bowls. The DU Long has a 16” long gripping surface and is designed for deeper wells and heavier drill strings.

The KET Type “B” Rotary Slip is designed for light to medium-well drilling operations.
In addition, the Type B slips are made of alloy steel and heat-treated for strength and resistance to wear. Its standard size ranges from 2 1/16” to 4 1/2” and is used in API tapered bowls.

KET Type A Drill Collar Slips are designed for use with running drill collar pipe. Similarly, the slip’s multi-segment-hinged design allows it to fit all drill collars within the slip’s size range.
In addition, these drilling rig slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear. All slip assemblies are supplied with safety flex handles.
The KET DCS Type Drill Collar Slip has a multi-segment design to give a full wrap-around to insure a proper slip setting. Manufactured from heat-treated, alloy steel, these slips will perform and endure. Lastly, all drilling rig slip assemblies are supplied with safety flex handles.
